help fix: Server.CreateObject Access Error

Hi,

I use PL 9.2.1 and now I'm getting the following error;

Server object error 'ASP 0178 : 80070005'

Server.CreateObject Access Error

/nhansu/UploadScript1.asp, line 11

The call to Server.CreateObject failed while checking permissions. Access is denied to this object.

The page is trying to use ASPUpload.

Most common way of dealing with denied access is filemon.

Try to reproduce this error and check what filemon shows.
