• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

i set-up a normal mail account, from memory I set it up to forward the mail to anther account, worked fine...

now after a couple of weeks I want to make some changes, but lo and behold it's gone!!

so I try set it up again, but it says the mail account name is already in use... so it doesn't let me???

so it's somewhere in the system but plesk doesn't show it... I can't search for it and doesn't in appear in the list of mail accounts...

can I somehow delete the mail account on the server and set-it up again in plesk or get plesk to find it somehow...

any help greatly appreciated!!!... thanks in advance

thanks for the reply

just wondering could this break anything, or will it just run not affect anything except for fix borken stuff???

also would this only affect mail configuration files... or all configuration files?
