Help me for "Error 1721"

Hello

i'm new user.. and i just doing to uninstall and install again Plesk 9.2.3
when after remove program into progress, show me Error "1721" windows installer and stopping the progress and go rollback...

What can i do ????

Is there something related to this error in Event Viewer?

Try to repair Plesk installation first with

C:\Program Files\Parallels\Install> plesk_9.2.3.msi /l*v "C:\Install\pleskmsi.log" reinstallmode=vomus DOWNLOADFILES=no secureless=1

And read carefully pleskmsi.log. I hope it will help to understand the reason.
