Resolved Help please with log rotate

Daniel Richards

New Pleskian
Hi there,

I regularly get this message from Anacron job:

Code:
/etc/cron.daily/logrotate:

error: plesk:1 duplicate log entry for /var/log/plesk/httpsd_access_log

Any ideas how to fix it?

The issue is usually related to the duplicated apache configuration file in the /etc/logrotate.d/ directory. Try to find it and remove one.

thank you for anyone else having this issue. In /etc/logrotate.d/ there were two files serving the same purpose. One was called 'httpsd' the other was called 'plesk'

Hi, I just wanted to thank you for your proposed solutions. I don't have "httpsd" and "plesk". For me it was this solution.
