Help with updater

Has anyone else had problems with updater to patch plesk? I am getting the following error

Retrieving Plesk files
3. Downloading https://autoinstall.plesk.com///PSA...sa-hotfix-7.5.2-rh9.build75050204.16.i586.rpm (24 files to go)

File download failed.
Failed writing body

Any help here would be much appreciated

I'm not sure, but I think something is down.

(Actually this is very crappy, 'cause just came in and found out I coulden't login to Plesk Interface as Admin, because the autoinstaller Perl script hangs waiting for a response ... consuming a lot of MySQL time and CPU time on the system).

Guess I have to disable the autoupdater check - grrr :-|

Something down at sw-soft or my software? i have to say the software has been great until now and the long wait on logging in

Can anyone help me with this problem as i still cant update

Most likely your /root/psa does not have enough free disk space.

Make a new directory in /home/httpd/vhosts/ for your updates, and then change it to this location in your Update Preferances.
