  • Support for BIND DNS has been removed from Plesk for Windows due to security and maintenance risks.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS.

Instead of feature-poor built-in HelpDesk solution, we recommend using one of 3rd party HelpDesk solution coming among APS applications.
 
Anyone knows where the HelpDesk section gone ?
Cannot find it in v.10...

If I am correct, it is moved out from version 10. And there is a suggestion to use a open source tracker from the application vault. I think it was descript on the Release Notes.
