Hide the "add or remove components"

Basic Pleskian
Most of our customers log in as "admin". When they login they see the text "Add or Remove Components". Is there a way to hide this specific option? We do not want to give our customers the possibility to change components installed on the server.
 
Maybe it would be better do not use admin's privileges and use special accounts with corresponding roles?
