• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Having issues with high CPU usage on our server

running 2 WooCommerce sites for a few years with no issues, only way to reduce the CPU usage is to suspended the sites.
Have turned plugins off 1 by 1 but nothing changes enough to pin point what is causing the high usage.
In the process list one site list more processes than the other.
how can I work out what theses processes are liked to? I can see they all have unique PID numbers, but do not know where to look.
The screenshot percentage is with WooCommerce plugin deleted from both sites.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Perhaps your sites are hit by more (aggressive) bots, causing a spike in CPU usage? Do you monitor traffic and checked access logs for unusual request patterns?
