Horde for newbies

At first horde looks nice a easy....

But after some time it becomes very simple - maybe to simple? Oor is it just me that does not know how to use it's hidden advanced features.?

For example:
1. How do I create a new folder..??
2. Where is the sent mail folder (if there is any)..???
3. Can I save a draft for later... if yes then how?
