Horde GPG Keyserver Problem

PLESK 10.4.4 running on Ubuntu 10.4

actual I want activate gpg into Horde webmail.

So far so good. When I try for example sending my keys to a PGP Server
I get the message : Support for PGP public key server has been disabled.
Also the same when I try to check signatures from PGP signed mails etc.

I also put into the horde conf this line: $conf['utils']['gnupg'] = true;
But also without any change.

So my question now would be how can I activate the Support for PGP?

I also searched on google but don't find anything about it.

Hello

Did anyone solved it yet? I am looking around but can only find old conversations and none of which was helpfull.
I could import my keys but I can not send encrypted emails via horde using PGP on a ubuntu plesk11.0.x.
Did check the config in /usr/share/psa-horde/imp/config/conf.php
any suggestions?

$conf['gnupg']['path'] = /path/to/gpg;
