Horde SKIN for one domain

I want to know if it is possible to change for 1 domain only the skin in HORDE, that other domains to not see this skin.

Also if it's there a possibilities to disable for 1 domain POP3 and SMTP.
 
That solution is not OK, I want to login with webmail, I want t disable only SMTP and POP3. Webmail to remain.
