Resolved Horde Webmail cannot connect to server

zuip

New Pleskian
I have a problem with Horde webmail. I receive an error: "Error connecting to server".

I have checked the log and this shows a credentials error:

2020-01-30T13:17:02+00:00 ERR: HORDE [horde] FAILED LOGIN for [email protected] ([email protected]) [83.82.184.99] to horde [pid 18079 on line 215 of "/usr/share/psa-horde/login.php"]

I have disabled IPv6 localhost see attachment.

I have created a A-record and MX record to the host's IP address on both domain and subdomain (webmail.lampia.nl)

pop3 and smtp is working ok. I can sent and receive email.

So what can be the problem?

Igor, Thanks for your reply.

I have installed the latest version of onyx (17.8.11). After enabling debug mode I still only receive the message below:
2020-01-30T13:17:02+00:00 ERR: HORDE [horde] FAILED LOGIN for [email protected] ([email protected]) [83.82.184.89] to horde [pid 18079 on line 215 of "/usr/share/psa-horde/login.php"]

That's right. I do not really understand what the workaround does.
I find some ports closed:
143
587
993

So I added a rule in the firewall to allow incoming connections to these ports. They Stay closed after that. Is there any other items that block these ports? Do I need to have these ports open?

No errors in maillog
Error in Apache2 error.log every time iI tried to open Roundcube webmail:

[Sat Feb 01 11:41:34.596087 2020] [fcgid:warn] [pid 26623:tid 140358029657856] [client 83.82.184.89:57929] mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Warning: file_put_contents(/usr/share/roundcubemail/errors.log): failed$
[Sat Feb 01 11:41:34.596134 2020] [fcgid:warn] [pid 26623:tid 140358029657856] [client 83.82.184.89:57929] mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Warning: Configuration error. Unsupported database driver: in /usr/sha$

Solved:

I did install the "plesk Premim Email" extension installed just to try. After removing it Hore webmail and Roundcube works ok. So problem solved.
