horde webmail lost filters, address book & personalities

We just migrated from plesk 7.5.1 to 7.5.4 on a new server.
In the process the migration did not bring over filters, personalities and address books for our horde webmail accounts.

How do we migrate those over.

Same issue here, migrating from 7.5.1 to 7.5.4.
