Horde webmail-- "new mail" pop-up window

Hi,

The "new mail" pop-up window isn't opening in Horde webmail when new mail is received. Pop-ups are not blocked, the checkbox for it is checked, refresh is set to every 5 minutes, and the Java plug-in has been reinstalled. Anyone have any idea why it is still not working?
