How Can i Change template domain for a specific domain

good morning.
I created 5 templates domains for my sites, Each one with individuals settings.

Then i created a new domain and selected the "Silver" template for this domain, but now i want change this domain to "Gold" template domain.

How can i change the template domain in a domain?

Can i set manually disk quota or email accounts for a domain with a template seted ?
