How change IIS timeout

I have a box with IIS 7, Plesk 9.3 and an aspx system, when the user enter into system, the system close after 8 minutes of inactivity. In the Windows IIS console and in the Plesk console the IIS timeout is stated as 20 minutes, but is really 8 minutes, I tried to change it in Windows IIS console, in Plesk consote an by programming using Session.TimeOut = 20, however nothing works. Please anyone can tell me how change this parameter?
