• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

I would like to know ho do i change de FTP mode, to Port (active) mode or Pasive mode. Or know where is the currently state of my FTP service in my PLESK 7.5 of my domain server. When i login i view many options but in the webusers where i can create the FTP access there is no way to view that setting of the mode.
It is because i've got some problems when i upload files using FTP.
I read that i have to set my trandfer from here in active and in the FTP of PLESK in passive, and the problem colud be because the FTP is in active, and that could be the making some conflict, because active crashes with the other active mode.

Help me please
