How do I configure FTP?

Hi, I have trouble configuring FTP.
I have created the FTP user name and the password once the domain name is created. But I can not access to my FTP client or thru browser, because an error like: there is no folder, or no data contained shows up.
You can see the error here: ftp.rrministries.com

Did y miss a step configuring the FTP for my domains? none is working.

for example, when you might use the windows explorer as an ftp client do this.

open ftp.rrministries.com, you should be able to click on file and"login as a different user".....

Let me know if this helps............

BTW, the @ character should not be relavent.. Are you sure you are in the right forum... maybe hit up the windows forum section

I am sure the error comes from a missconfiguration in Plesk, if you use a FTP client or any browser under any OS the error will appear.

try it out in netscape for example>
ftp.rrministries.com

the only message i get is what username and password to use... You can control these via plesk
