How do I use mailing lists?

how do I use the mailing list after that I havve ccreated it?? how do I send mail to a group?

and where do you create mail groups, there are 2 different permssions but I can only see making mailing lists, not mail groups

You create mail groups by creating an email address and changing it to a mailgroup. You don't need a physical mailbox for a mailgroup, but instead will just add email addresses you want in that group to that mailgroup email address. You'd then just email the mailgroup email address and it should forward that mail to everyone in that mailgroup.
