How do you attach a plesk hosting plan to a subscription in HSPC?

Our previous IT guy was has migrated some clients from one server to another, in the move some accounts could not be resolved and we are getting errors. The clients sites work, but are not attached to a subscription in hsp, also there is no subscription for some because I guess he manually created them.

Long story short, with out actually recreating the hosting plan and moving the content over is there a way to attach the existing hosting plan on plesk to a HSP subscription?
