How i can Set CronJob in Plesk for WHMCS

hi dear
i'm install whmcs in My plesk 12 for Windows
now i set Cron Job
but system Send email with subject "Parallels Panel Scheduler notification" and attached Files and Write>>
Could not open input file: php
...

and I attached ScreenShot
please help me

You have 'php.exe' in the path to executable file and call 'php' again in the beginning of arguments. Therefore you have error 'Could not open input file: php' related to calling php in arguments. Try to remove it there because you have already php in path.
