Is there a possibility in Plesk 12.0.18 to give a own my.cnf or my.ini to every customer, so they can modified it?

No, there are no additional MySQL templates for each customer/domain, so that they may run their very own MySQL instance. But every domain/subdomain may use their very own php.ini , located at /var/www/vhosts/system/DOMAIN-OR-SUBDOMAIN.COM/etc . These individual domain/sudomain settings are located in the advanced tab of every domain and called PHP - Settings .
