• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

How to bounce for one e-mail address?

I would like to be able to bounce all e-mail for a specific e-mail address. I use a complete domain for personal use and I am issueing e-mail addresses for each contact, so that I can see where e-mail comes from. To keep this manageble, I have set up plesk to put all mail for unknown e-mail addresses in one specific e-mail address.

Every now and then, one of the many e-mail addresses will start to receive SPAM. For instance, an e-mail address starting with crystal@ I issued for Crystal Reports, currently receives many SPAM mails for an on-line casino.

I would like to be able to bounce all e-mail sent to such addresses. I have created an mailbox for this specific example, but is there a way to bounce any mail sent to that address, automatically?

I am a user of the plesk control panel, which is run by my hosting provider, so I am asking for any user-configurable options.
