How to configure External Services menu

Hi there. When I logon to the admin panel at the bottom there is a menu that has these items:
External Services

• View Services
• Register Domain Names
• Manage Domain Names
• Buy SSL Certificate

How do we configure where these things point to? I assume the customers are seeing these items?

I have the same question and the answer has nothing but broken links. Does anyone know how to hide these services from the users? They are directly competing with my services and confusing customers.
