Question How to create a user adapted to my database

Hello ! I am a beginner in the development of web applications.
I just created an application that works fine locally that I am trying
to host on plesk and the connection to my database is not working. What to do?

Here are the details of the login page to my database:
host = localhost
dbname = db_pablo
db_user = pablo
db_passe = reset_pablor @ L

I created the database in my plesk host space and I'm trying to create the user and
it doesn't work. Please help me.
