How to Detect SPAM users

I know that I have some users sending SPAM throught my server.

I need to know, in real-time, if is someone sending SPAM.

Please, does anyone know how I can do that?

If you use qmail-scanner (available in the atomic yum repo) this can scan both inbound, and outbound mail in real-time. You can set a policy to tag, quarantine, or delete messages based on how they score in the system.
