How to disable change username from users

in my customer panel i see > Web Hosting Access

How can disable change for password and username?

I set this from WHMCS / API

This option is localizated in

Forbid customers to change the user name of the system user associated with their subscription.

But the password is modifiable, is possibile forbidden it?
