how to disable PLESK NEWS for customers

how can i disable the "plesk news" window which appears everytime i update my plesk. its ok when this window appears in the admin account but not in the customer accounts!
my customers are not interested in SWSOFT News!
Im have payed money for PLESK so i think it should be possible to offer it to my customers without any "advertising" from SWsoft.

Please say me how to disable the "Newsbox" on Plesk 8.1 Desktop COMPLETLY and for all the time for ALL customer logins.
