New Pleskian
I'm in need of a solution to disable Plesk's welcome email, that is sent out when a new user is created.

I'm currently using Plesk's api to manage my server, but we don't allow our customers access Plesk unless they ask for it.

We have built our own interface that uses the api. We send are customer's a welcome message when they create and verify their account. But when we automate the creation of the users account, Plesk sends out a welcome email, which we don't want because we don't want our users to use Plesk.

Any help is welcome, thanks.

Just disable corresponding notification in Tools & Settings -> Notifications

Thanks IgnoG I looked around in the panel for this and could not find it. I Also used the search option in the panel. Thanks again!

Hi Stuart1,

the direct link would be: "https://YOURSERVERDOMAIN.COM:8443/plesk/notification@/"

You are able to change settings for Administrator, Reseller and Customer - or disable the desired notification completly, by deselecting the options. You can as well define a specific eMail - adress for the several notifications. If you wish, you can also change the notification texts.
