How to enable SPAM filtering with DELETE option as default?

Hello there. I would like users and myself to have SPAM filtering enabled with DELETE option if score is high enough when a new user is created. Because otherwise many users forget to do that, and complain about the spam afterwards.

How can I enable it by default?

There is no way I know of to do this by Default Server wide under Plesk.

You can do it per client by going into there mail settings.

Thanks but when I go into a client's setup, all I see is "Disable, Edit, Report, Preferences, Permissions, Limits,
IP Pool, Application Pool,
Skeleton, Logo Setup, Custom Buttons
Back up, Add New Domain,
Domain Templates,
Manage, Traffic" !

There is no "mail" option there?

I guess I needed to be more clear, I meant on a "Per Email Address" basis.
