How to extract web files, databases etc from Plesk backup manually?

Hello

First, very sorry for my english

I have backup my domain in Plesk ( 8.1 ), and now i want to extract some file in file backup, i have read this tutorial

In SECOND WAY i have install mpack to my VPS ( CentOS 5 ) and run this command

[root@myvps]# cat mybackup.com_2008.08.08 | munpack

there's notice display

"munpack: reading from standard input
Did not find anything to unpack from standard input"

Please tell me why ? and help me extract file backup
