How to import phpmyadmin database backups

Hello,
I expored my databse fom my old hoster and want to import it to my new Windows Server 2012 r2 vps Server but I can't find that option:

my dashboard looks like this, it is missing the Backup Manager: Image: "dashboard.png"


Any Idea on how to solve this?

That's because Plesk 12 and completely different from Plesk 10. To import in your database click on Databases on the right side, choose the workspace/domain, create your database if you haven't already, if you've already created your database then click on Webadmin next to the database in question then click on Import. You will then be able to import in your sql backup.

You have one more option if DB is already created, then you can use third party tools like mysql administrator or mysql wrench. You can connect the application using the db user and password with port 3306

it worked! Thank you! The Webadmin feature was not installed! I had to do that!
