Resolved How to increase mailbox size

Pedro Araujo

New Pleskian
I'm trying to increase the mailbox size for an account but I am unable to do so. I tried changing the subscrition / service plan and even creating a new one but no matter what I do the mailbox size always says "Default size 4GB" and won't let me go above that limit. The message "The specified limit is invalid" appears.

Here's the service plan: https://i.stack.imgur.com/qGHlW.png

Here's the subscription: https://i.stack.imgur.com/AFfwz.png

Can anyone help?

Seems like your subscription was customized. When a subscription is customize, it don't sync with the service plan. You have 2 choice, personalize it again:

Or you can sync it with the service plan, then you will loose your custom plan settings for this subscription.

Thank you very much. Finally something that worked :)

That option sure is well hidden, though. Also there should be an alert or something: "You have to change the customization bla bla bla". Anyway thanks a lot.

Yeah, I learned it when getting the training for the certification. Without learning it, wouldnt have find the option. FYI, when you see a little "lock" in a blue circle beside your subscription it's because it's not sync with a service plan and its a customize one.

No problem, glad that I was able to help you.
