Hello, in my server ( linux centos 7 ) its possible increase this PRE-USER name?

LONGNAME_NAME

I don't really understand why you would want to do this. You can make it smaller by disabling the prefixing, but nothing to increase the length other then making the username larger.
 
Exemple;
My user is brinsley and i like a db and user like is brinsley_wordpressdb and brinsley_wordpressuser
But the initial os cuted to brins_
