How to install an application at the time a domain account is set?

Is it possible to automatically set up an application (joomla, wordpress, etc) after a domain account is set up?.
Something like triggering a script when a domain profile given is set up?

I can suggest you look at Event "Domain created" and something like "add_packages_to_client_pool" API request for event's command.
