• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
    If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Sorry, an error has occurred in attempting to retrieve results. Please try reloading the page. Hi,

Even if I setup the DomainKeys in plesk apparently is not working. On every address on which I send an e-mail the DomainKeys is not sign. (e.g. Google or Yahoo). I am not speaking of the DKIM but of DomainKeys. I just want to have DomainKeys pass(ok) for now.

I have plesk 9.2.2 on Suse 10.3+spamassasin+DrWeb and I am wandering if you already had this situation.

The steps I did to activate the DomainKeys on my Plesk :

1. Create a new domain :

2. In Home -> Mail Server Setings -> DomainKeys spam protection -> Allow signing outgoing mail -> OK (check the option)

3. In the new domain -> Mail -> mail Account -> Mail Settings -> i check this option to (Use DomainKeys spam protection system to sign outgoing e-mail messages)

4 I did noticed that in the dns zone of the new domain I have 2 new dns record. Both of them are TXT and :

one has _domainkey.xxxxx.com. = "o=-" and the second one has

default._domainkey.xxxx.com. = "p=jhkdsgdkqjgh";

Do you know if have to do something else make this option working ?

Best regards,
