How to make Horde filtering rules work in Plesk
Good day to all!
I have the following problem. I need to set up mail filters rules in Horde. I did it. But they don't work. Sieve is there and connected. The script is visible, it should work, but it doesn't. How can I solve this?



And an additional question: considering that Horde in Plesk is no longer supported and updated, is there any point in staying on it? Now all my mail domains are on Horde. What pitfalls could there be if the transition to the Round Cube is still necessary?

Hello, @sivsoft . Plesk doesn't manage the rules configured on webmail level, therefore, it cannot interfere with your rules. Considering that Horde has been deprecated and isn't officially supported after version 18.0.69, it's a good idea to explore alternatives. It you have it installed already, it should continue working, but it won't receive any updates and it might not function properly.
