Question How to permanently disable the annoying "Welcome to Plesk / Let's tailor your experience" survey popup?

Hi everyone,

I’m repeatedly getting the "Welcome to Plesk! Let’s tailor your experience" survey popup (as seen in attachment) every few days when logging into my Plesk panel.
I have already completed it once and closed/canceled it multiple times, but it just keeps coming back on different days. It feels like the panel isn't saving the state properly.
Does anyone know how to turn this off globally?

Any help is highly appreciated! Thank you.

I have just set enabled to off

Code:
[rating]

; Hide feedback dialog with question to rate product
enabled = off

@FlyingParrot , that issue is supposed to be fixed in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.78. Does it still occur on your end after the latest update? If yes, could you please confirm if that happens for the same user and whether you login to Plesk directly or through API (WHMCS for example)? Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Check the ratings section in panel.ini: ext-panel-ini-editor-descriptions/en-US.json at master · plesk/ext-panel-ini-editor-descriptions
Set showAfterDays to something big.

These are the rating settings:

Yes, that happens all the time right now, but apparently only once a day, when I log in for the first time. I also only have a single user account. I'm currently only logging in directly through Plesk; I don't use any APIs or anything like that.

Thank you for the confirmation. I have opened an internal report and I will follow-up as soon as I have more details.
