alvmv

New Pleskian
Hello,
Accidentally I delete a log folder from /var/log/
After this I can't enter the plesk panel and the server is down.
I have backed up using onedrive tool just 1 hour before but I can't restore the backup either unzip it in my computer (it is in .tar format with multiple files...)

I only need to restore the log folder but I can't! any ideas?

If I try to use there repair & backup tool via terminal... :

With this and doing other fixes the Plesk installation is working. Repair kit did the last details. Thanks
Anyway, I lost many time because I have had the hability of restore a backup from the cloud... this should be warned in the plesk documentation because people could think that they are safe but they arent...

/var/log is OS related directory. Plesk doesn't backup the whole OS.
You can find information about what is backed up by Plesk Backup Manager here: Backing Up Data
