How to Restore to Another domain ?

Case:

I have domain called mydomain.com and this domain already expired, i want to restore all this data (hosting, email, user account, database, etc) to newdomain.com.

How to resolve that case?
I dont want download backup file then upload it, because this/all domain on same server

Domain Administration -> Rename Domain
