How to setup a DNS/fallback in Plesk

Hello,

Currently I am using a VPS with Plesk for backup purposes.
In the following situation: dedicated server with 2 IP's (ns1 and ns2)

I would setup the VPS for ns3 to act as a DNS/mail fallback server.

Does anyone know how I can setup this in Plesk?
