How to turn off SMTP for one Email Account

Is there a way to disable SMTP for a single email account? I have a couple of email accounts I use for special purposes but never actually send mail. For the most part I trust my users, but want to disable the SMTP ability just in case the account info gets into the wrong hands.

I need the same thing. I have a few clients on the server that need the SMTP but the majority do not and I'd like to turn off the SMTP so they aren't tempted.

Part 2 - If SMTP is shut down for a domain can a form on that domain still send mail? (formmail.php eg.)

Part 3 - If I close relay that will turn it off for the entire server. If I do that will forms in websites still work?
