HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.

We have just installed the plesk version 12. All the installation completed without errors . then we restarted the server . and when we tried to open the plesk through the desktop shortcut we get the error " HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable."
We have tried the following links fix HTTP , kb6735 .
Why does we get this error ?

Have you tried login to Plesk with https://ip_address_of_server:8443 ?

HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable. belongs to IIS application pool error, Go to IIS >> application pool >>plesk control panel check if it is working or in stop state.If it is in stop state right click and start it. If it continues to fail then need to investigate it further.

Its in working state and we get same error

We will need few more logs for that go to eventviewer >> windows logs >> application and services logs >> plesk check for logs it will give you exact error.

thanks for the reply we have tried installing new plesk but we get same error. so we uninstalled plesk , uninstalled IIS and re installed it . Then installed plesk again and now its working fine.
