• Debian 11 has reached its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.81 is the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

HTTP request ERROR [7]

Hi.
This is the first installation of Plesk software (7.5 Reloaded) on Fedora Core 2.
I've installed it with "autoinstaller" and the process are finished without any problem (sorry for my English, but I'm italian).
When I've restarted the system, the Plesk software isn't running, the S.O. show this error:
Key file not found
Plesk authorization failed: HTTP request ERROR [7]

Then, I've also update the key license but the Plesk software don't run again.

The server is in my office now, it's in internet but it has not an IP address pubblic; it's possible that the Plesk software will run without that problem, when I'll put it in our data-center?

Thanks and regards
Gianluca Scaglia
