[HTTPD_INCLUDE_D not defined] Plesk start failed

I tried many solutions given in the forum but my plesk service is still down. It happened after the upgrade from 7.5 to 8.0.1 version. When I run the autoinstaller it doesn't detect the previous installation and I could lost my data. The backup utility give me the same error (HTTPD_INCLUDE_D not defined).
