I cannot reset password in any sort of way i.e. no email is being forwarded to me

Have attempted from

Plesk Support
Plesk Forum

See screen shots below showing messages relayed from the URLs when attempting to reset password and create new account

using the email/name combination of the member account linked above (andreasy.151043).

Have also made screen shot of my mail server logs that shows no email is being sent to my mail server when I attempt to

reset the password.
