I have a question. My goal is to solely receive emails at [email protected] using the webmail feature of the Plesk panel. Is it necessary to open port 25 even if I'm only receiving emails? If not, could you please explain why I am unable to receive emails at [email protected] through my Plesk panel's webmail?

I would greatly appreciate your assistance on this matter.

Port 25 needs to be open, because other servers on the Internet all use it to exchange emails.
