I can not turn a new webspace

hi, when I try to activate a new subscription (webspace) comes out an error as attached image, which tells me that there is already a user account and a DNS record, but in reality do not exist and therefore can not delete them.
Can anyone give me any advice on this?

Have you checked psa database regarding existence of records about these DNS record and user account?
 
# mysql -uadmin -p`cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow` psa

If you have Plesk 11.5 version:

# plesk db
