Question I cannot enter the plesk panel ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

I have the problem that I cannot enter the plesk panel.
The error it gives is
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
I didn't make any modifications, except that I edited the file
/etc/hosts
to enter the IP of the domain, because I had a cURL error 7 error type problem on the website.
I managed to solve it, but I don't know what's happening. They tell me in the hosting that there is something that prevents me from accessing the applications correctly.
I have ports 8443 and 8447 open in the firewall policies.
Can you help me? Because if not, I have to reinstall plesk and I will lose all the information.

Can you access Plesk via your IP? (for example 123.123.123.123:8443) Are any of the domains on the server still accessible?

I can't access from my ip and port 8443.
Therefore it does not work https://194.164.162.64:8443
However, the website works perfectly.

There are some functions in the bach end that fail with
502 Bad Gateway
Through ssh, I do curl -vv 194.164.162.64:8443 with the same error
curl: (7) Failed to connect to 194.164.162.64 port 8443 after 0 ms: Connection refused

I did a repair with the utility
plesk repair all
and everything was ok
I re-entered the IP in etc/hosts
and I can't enter the panel
I have also tried to recover a backup from ssh, since I made a complete copy of the system,
through
plesk bin pleskrestore, but I don't know how to access the backup file

Can you try the restart the Plesk service via SSH with the command service sw-engine restart && service sw-cp-server restart.

Sorry I made a mistake in me previous post. Please try again with

service sw-engine restart && service sw-cp-server restart

If that does not work I suggest contacting Plesk support for help on this issue.

This is the cause of your problems. What's the output of cat /etc/sw-cp-server/conf.d/plesk.conf?
