Issue I can't connect to Outlook

Plesk Obsidian Version 18.0.56

I can't configure email in outlook 2021, it says to check the IMAP settings.

I've already followed several teturials but to no avail. I've tried the IP instead of example.com and it doesn't work.

You need know five settings:

hostname (incoming mail server name, your hostname)
protocol: IMAP(S)
port: 993 (when using SSL/TLS)
username: The email address (=mailbox name)
password: The password of your mailbox.
encryption: SSL/TLS

Do not check "SPA".

You can test whether you know the correct username and password by logging in through your webmail https://webmail.<your domain.tld>
